In this interview, the CEO Luis Pimentel shared how x7trade was created in response to the EU’s 2021 low-value goods regulation, which fundamentally changed customs clearance requirements across the e-commerce supply chain.

Since then, x7trade has grown into a fast and automated solution operating in 10 EU member states. The platform also enables ICS2 ENS house filings across the entire EU, helping logistics operators scale with speed, accuracy and compliance.
